With over 15 years of dedicated service, she started as a Banquet Server and quickly rose through the ranks to become a trusted Wedding Coordinator, a role she cherishes deeply. Julia’s warmth and professionalism make her a favorite among couples, guiding them through every step of the wedding planning process with ease. Outside of work, Julia finds joy in spending time with her family, including her three children and beloved cat. Her dedication to creating unforgettable weddings is matched only by her love for dessert; choosing a favorite from Castleton’s decadent selection is no easy task, but the chocolate fountain holds a special place in her heart.

Waterfront Dining Manager

Kim is the driving force behind our Waterfront Dining division with over 15 years of experience planning events. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every event, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, exceeds expectations. Growing up in a family-owned restaurant instilled in her a deep appreciation for hospitality, which she brings to every aspect of her work. Kim married her husband Chris here in 2014, and her passion for creating unforgettable experiences extends beyond the workplace; she spends her free time exploring New Hampshire with her husband and two boys, always seeking new adventures. Her personal favorite dessert is the white chocolate mousse served inside dark chocolate cups. It’s a decadent treat that’s as delightful to look at as it is to indulge in.

For over 12 years, Alex has been an integral part of the Castleton team, evolving from a young server to our dynamic Banquet & Conference Sales Manager. With an Associate’s Degree in Event Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, she brings a wealth of expertise to every event she oversees. Alex married her husband Scott at Castleton in 2017, and her dedication extends beyond her professional life; she’s a devoted wife and mother to two beautiful girls, Carson & Arya. Outside of work, you’ll find her immersed in family activities, from gymnastics with Carson to enjoying Disney movies with Arya. Alex’s passion for creating memorable events shines through in every detail, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Her favorite Castleton dessert? The chocolate fountain, a perfect blend of sweet and salty that pairs perfectly with a bottle of wine.

Joining Castleton in 2004 as a server, Stephanie’s journey with us has been one of dedication and growth. While attending Endicott College in Beverly, MA, she embarked on an internship in our office, laying the foundation for her future in hospitality management. Graduating from Endicott in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, with a concentration in events, Stephanie seamlessly transitioned into a full-time role in our office, where her passion for creating unforgettable experiences truly shines. In 2016, Castleton became not just her workplace, but also the setting for her wedding to husband Will. Together, they have two boys, Jaxx & Jacob, and a lovable goldendoodle named Neely. When she’s not immersed in Castleton affairs, Stephanie cherishes moments with her family, especially during summers spent on Lake Ossipee. Her favorite Castleton dessert? The Wild Berry Shortcake with Homemade Whipped Cream, a delightful indulgence that perfectly captures the essence of summer.

From his early days learning the ropes in his father’s kitchen to honing his skills in prestigious restaurants and corporate settings, Peter’s journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. His commitment to excellence is evident in every dish he creates, blending creativity with classical techniques to delight the palate. Outside of the kitchen, Peter finds solace in music, spending time with his son, and exploring nature on his bicycle. His love for his craft and dedication to his team make him an invaluable asset to Castleton, where he feels truly at home. And when it comes to dessert, Peter’s discerning palate always leads him back to the chocolate fountain, a timeless indulgence that never fails to impress.
