The following measurement is the distance from the lobby doors to the end of the awning at the main entrance:33’ long and 7’ wide.
The following measurements are for the Garden Ceremony area: Gardens are approximately 1850 square feet and will comfortably hold 200 ceremony chairs, 10 rows of 10 chairs on each side of the aisle. The aisle is cobblestones and measures 4‘ wide and 38’ long from trellis to trellis. The trellis measures 6’-4’ high by 4’-2’ wide with 4 – (4’ posts). It takes approximately 6 yards of fabric to drape the trellis across the top.
The following measurements are for tables: Dining room guest tables are 5’ rounds which comfortably seat 8 – 10 guests with Chiavari chairs. High tops are 2’- 6’ in diameter by 3’-6’ tall. Cocktail tables are 2’- 6’ in diameter by 2’-4’ tall. We also have rectangular tables for your needs in 4’, 6’, and 8’ lengths. These tables are skirted for your use. Suggested use for these tables could be cake, candy, or dessert table, memory table, check-in table, registration or gift tables just to name a few.
Our popular “Waterfront Dining on Cobbetts” is currently closed to the public, however, we do still host large private dinner reservations (10 – 35 guests) on Thursday nights.
These reservations are made in advance and ideal for Micro Weddings, Vow Renewals, Rehearsal Dinners, Milestone Birthdays, Anniversaries and more!

We only allow outside catering to accommodate cultural cuisine our culinary team is not able to prepare. In this case the client will rent the entire facility for the full day.
The chosen caterer must be able to present their current catering license and documentation.
The pricing for an event like this is customized to each event specifically and their needs of the space and staff.

Unfortunately, because of our catering license we can only allow Service Animals in the building.
We will allow leashed pets on site for a ceremony or picture opportunities on our grounds.
The pet must be accompanied by a responsible party at all times and cleaned up after to protect our guest experience.

Castleton’s private lot includes 170 paved spaces but can accommodate over 200 cars when utilizing the upper (unpaved) lot.

Unfortunately, we do not offer private boat rides on the pond or have access for a client to put a boat in the water. There is no public access to Cobbetts Pond, it is a private pond.
