This multi-functional venue also offers the privacy companies need for meetings, seminars, and corporate gatherings. Castleton is especially well-suited for one-day off-site trainings, giving teams a place to focus, connect, and enjoy a setting that blends business with a little fun.
Castleton can give special touches to corporate off-site meetings, such as trade shows, seminars, board or sales meetings, and continuing educations. Rooms can accommodate groups from 35 to 800.
The lake ambiance lends more than just scenery. Summer offers
a beach setting for clambakes; winter makes ice-skating a possibility. If the occasion, for example, a customer or employee appreciation day, calls for more relaxation.
Castleton’s grounds lend themselves to walks during breaks and at mealtime. Our guests have the privacy that one might not enjoy at a hotel. The privacy of the setting may make it possible for an informal meeting or training session to move outside during inviting weather. Indoors, seminars or conferences may be held in quiet rooms equipped with viewing screens, easels and white-boards for presentation needs. Audio/visual equipment is available upon request. Fees are based on the type of equipment and number of days required.
All the food is prepared on site. Castleton has ample breakfast, lunch, dinner, and break menus to suggest items. However, the staff is happy to tailor a menu for specific needs.
Banquet Hall Capacity for Large Events
Our ballroom accommodates up to 500 guests seated at banquet rounds, using 50 rounds of 10 while keeping the 1,800 sq. ft. dance floor open. For larger banquet-style setups, the room can hold up to 550 guests with tables on the dance floor. This gives event planners the flexibility to host everything from elegant seated dinners to high-energy celebrations with plenty of room to gather, dine, and dance.
