Joining Castleton in 2004 as a server, Stephanie’s journey with us has been one of dedication and growth. While attending Endicott College in Beverly, MA, she embarked on an internship in our office, laying the foundation for her future in hospitality management. Graduating from Endicott in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, with a concentration in events, Stephanie seamlessly transitioned into a full-time role in our office, where her passion for creating unforgettable experiences truly shines. In 2016, Castleton became not just her workplace, but also the setting for her wedding to husband Will. Together, they have two boys, Jaxx & Jacob, and a lovable goldendoodle named Neely. When she’s not immersed in Castleton affairs, Stephanie cherishes moments with her family, especially during summers spent on Lake Ossipee. Her favorite Castleton dessert? The Wild Berry Shortcake with Homemade Whipped Cream, a delightful indulgence that perfectly captures the essence of summer.

With a lifelong passion for culinary arts, Chef Peter brings over four decades of experience to his role as Executive Chef at Castleton. From his early days learning the ropes in his father’s kitchen to honing his skills in prestigious restaurants and corporate settings, Peter’s journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. His commitment to excellence is evident in every dish he creates, blending creativity with classical techniques to delight the palate. Outside of the kitchen, Peter finds solace in music, spending time with his son, and exploring nature on his bicycle. His love for his craft and dedication to his team make him an invaluable asset to Castleton, where he feels truly at home. And when it comes to dessert, Peter’s sophisticated palate always leads him back to the chocolate fountain, a timeless indulgence that never fails to impress.

Banquet & Conference Sales Manager

Alex has been an integral part of the Castleton team since 2011, evolving from a young server to our dynamic Banquet & Conference Sales Manager. With an Associate’s Degree in Event Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, she brings a wealth of expertise to every event she oversees. Alex married her husband Scott at Castleton in 2017, and her dedication extends beyond her professional life. She’s a devoted wife and mother to two beautiful girls, Carson and Arya.

Outside of work, you’ll find her immersed in family activities, from gymnastics with Carson to enjoying Disney movies with Arya. Alex’s passion for creating memorable events shines through in every detail, making her an essential member of our team. Her favorite Castleton dessert is the chocolate fountain, a perfect blend of sweet and salty that pairs perfectly with a bottle of wine.

Sales & Wedding Coordinator

Julia brings passion, warmth, and professionalism to every event she touches and has for over 25 years.She started as a Banquet Server and quickly rose through the ranks to become a trusted Wedding Coordinator, a role she truly cherishes. Julia’s calm, supportive style makes her a favorite among couples, helping them navigate the planning process with clarity and confidence, and making sure their day feels effortless from start to finish.

Outside of work, Julia loves spending time with her family including her husband Steve, three children Stephen, Mary & Spencer, and her kitten Lily. Her dedication to creating unforgettable weddings is matched only by her love for dessert. Choosing a favorite from Castleton’s decadent selection is no easy task, but the chocolate fountain will always have a special place in her heart.

Wedding Coordinator & Banquet Captain

Since 2001, Rilinda has been part of the Castleton family, starting as a Banquet Server and growing into one of the steady, familiar faces our clients love working with. She especially enjoys welcoming our many repeat customers back year after year for proms, fundraisers, awards banquets, and galas. Weddings hold a special place in her heart, and she loves helping couples feel calm, confident, and celebrated from planning to last dance.

When she’s not at Castleton, you’ll likely find her cheering on her favorite teams. She loves all sports, but hockey is her top pick, and she’s a big Bruins fan. She also loves beach time in Wells, Ogunquit, and Hampton, and she goes home to her cat, Cramer. Rilinda’s favorite dessert on the Waterfront Dining menu is our New York Style Cheesecake.

Wedding Coordinator & Banquet Captain

Giselle has been creating standout experiences for families since 2006, starting as a banquet server and growing into a wedding coordinator and banquet captain. She loves working with couples on weddings, and she has a special place in her heart for showers, those once-in-a-lifetime milestones that bring everyone together. Known for her warm, personal approach, Giselle enjoys connecting with clients and families and helping them feel taken care of throughout the entire celebration. She is also Spanish speaking, which makes planning and event days even more comfortable for many of our guests.

Outside of Castleton, Giselle lives with her husband, Jimmy, and their daughters, Nyese and Leah. Their “babies” include Nylo and Nya, their two shih tzus. Her favorite Castleton dessert is our Signature Brandied Pear Crepe.

Wedding Coordinator & Banquet Captain

Ashley grew up on Cobbetts Pond, so it was no surprise when she joined our team as a hostess in 2021. As a Wedding Coordinator and Banquet Captain, Ashley brings an upbeat, helpful presence to planning and event days, making couples feel supported and taken care of from start to finish.

Ashley is earning her bachelor’s degree in business management from Rivier University in 2026. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates and cooking, and she goes home to her cat, Desi. Her favorite dessert is the White Chocolate Mousse, especially because of the edible dark chocolate cup.

Patti joined Castleton in 2015 as a Banquet Server and brings more than 35 years of hospitality experience to every event she leads. Alongside her work at Castleton, she also works for Marriott as a Senior Sales Executive, so she knows what it takes to deliver an exceptional guest experience from every angle. As a Banquet Captain, Patti is calm, capable, and deeply committed to making sure every detail feels seamless for clients and their guests.

Patti is a huge animal lover and has volunteered with the MSPCA for 15 years. Her own fur babies have included Brady, Brogan, Cato, Triscuit, and Lady. She is engaged to Howie, and together they share a busy, joyful family with their kids Natalia, Flow, Taylor, and Travis. Patti’s favorite Castleton dessert? The Wild Berry Shortcake!

Jennie started at Castleton in 2023 as a Banquet Server and quickly became known for her positive energy and attention to detail on event days. As a Banquet Captain, she loves keeping everything running smoothly so clients can stay present and enjoy the moment. Weddings are a favorite for Jennie, she loves seeing every couple’s unique style come to life, especially the different color palettes, décor choices, and personal touches that make each celebration feel one of a kind.

Jennie is also proudly a mom to two sons, Anthony and Julien, and she has a cat named Mama Kitty. If you notice a fresh set of creative nails on event day, there’s a good chance they’re Jennie’s. When she’s off the clock, she enjoys bowling league nights for fun. Her go-to dessert is Chocolate Mousse.
