“Castleton Banquet & Conference Center delivered the most magical, personal Santa experience I have ever had in my life, hands down. This was nothing like a rushed mall Santa, where you wait in line for hours for just a one-minute photo. Santa took his time with every family, walking table to table, dancing with the kids, talking with each child, and making genuine connections. He was also the most authentic-looking Santa I have ever seen, from his real beard to his antique-looking buckle boots; every detail was perfect. It felt so real and heartfelt that my 7-year-old is still thanking me for letting her meet the real Santa, especially after she had been questioning why all the Santas she’d seen looked different before the event. She wouldn’t stop writing letters and dropping them into the “Letters to Santa” box. That alone says everything.”
